Breloque charm? US price and are they easily attainable?

I'm looking for this in palladium...haven't actually called my SA yet but wanted to get some info first. Are these still US $425? Are they fairly easy to find in the US?

ETA: double posted with XX, but I do think it's PH, not ruthenium. My ruthenium hardware is darker and photographs darker.
