The doctors in my city charge around 8-10k, but I'm seeing breast augmentation go for as low as 3k in Miami. What's the deal with it being so cheap there? I'm thinking it's probably worth it to go out of town for them if I can get a really good surgeon there for 5-6k. Does anyone here have experience with surgeons in Miami?

Because Miami is this country’s plastic surgery capital. Like Cali, Colombia, Santo Domingo, DR etc...Too many surgeons concentrated in an area where enhancements are encouraged and lax regulation around who can perform the surgery and no malpractice insurance. A lot of surgeons there are not board certified and a lot of those surgeons work in high volume surgery centers usually aimed toward working class women who can’t afford the $10-15k private practice charges.
Do your research, go private practice make sure the surgeon specializes in breasts or whatever procedure you’re looking at and don’t skimp on the price or quality of care. Make sure your surgeon is Board Certified in Plastic surgery, NOT cosmetic surgery or general surgery.

I’ve done a lot of research and have decided to go to Miami for surgery. They do great boob jobs. I’ve looked at tons of east coast doctors ( where I’m based) and the results just don’t compare Miami surgeons are just better at breast implants.
The downside... the implant itself costs about $1000 so in those surgery centers they literally run it like an assembly line. Your in then out and your back in 4 days to check on your stitches.

That would worry me. Sometime too cheap is a red flag. It's not worth taking a chance IMO
