Brea with patina?

I've recently fallen in love with the Brea MM in Amarante, and I would LOVE to make it my next purchase from LV! I'm hesitant though to buy a bag with vernis and vachetta. Does anyone have a vernis Brea with patina? Thoughts?

I for one love patina. I prefer it for so many reasons over fresh vachetta. And I think since Amarante is a dark color the patina will give it such a rich look. I mean that bag is gorgeous so to me it looks great either way. And a really dark patina takes years to come, depending of course how much you carry the bag, but typically takes a while. Hope you get it, cause its a lovely looking bag.

Dark patina against vernis is not my thing. This is the reason why I took the brea amarante off my wishlist.

Darker patina goes well with amarante IMO. Perhaps not so for lighter vernis colours.
