Polish the leather with a soft clothe, that should help. Other than that, if the coating of the leather has worn off and the leather is dull, you might consider getting the handles replaced at some point. Handles and corners are the parts of our bags most prone to showing wear and tear. :sad:

You might want to pop over to the Hermes forum and ask Docride, the leather repair genius. :smile: Go to Hermes, the Reference library, and find her thread. There are leather restoration kits available on Amazon that might be worth trying before sending your bag to spa. The Kirby Allison Hanger Project also has a great polish from Sapphir, and a bone shine tool for creating an ultra shine. Beyond that, you may need to spa your bag or take it to a specialist. How old is your bag?
