I heard on the news Zahara's mom wants her back!! Can she do that???

I'm not seeing anything on the news online about this. Only that the "backstory" Angelina told about Zahara's mom was wrong (i.e., the mother did not die of AIDS...she is alive and never has had the disease...she was raped and that is how Zahara was conceived). Zahara's mom is not happy about that, but seems to acknowledge that Zahara is better off w/Angelina. Is she really now wanting Zahara back?
