Brand new monogram-black with blue canvas-any info?

Hello, I was in love with last year's infrarouge (black and red) monogram but never purchased a bag in it. Today, I was at my Saks LV store and they had this, as well as a wallet, in a black canvas with blue.
I can't find it on the LV website, and any information is much appreciated. It's the pochette with removable chain strap. This pick is of the mini pouch accessories.

I guess it's priced higher because it's a limited edition. I think it's so unique. I wonder if they are hard to get.
