I'm from New York and I will be taking a trip to Delaware for my cousin's graduation in the end of June. My SO and I are trying to make a mini vacation out of it and want to drive somewhere else from Delaware. We just don't know where to go from there. I was wondering if any of you ladies have suggestions of relatively close places to visit. Someone mentioned Ocean City, Maryland but I really don't know much about it. All suggestions are appreciated! Thanks!

What part of Delaware will you be visiting? Depending on your location you can take a day trip to Baltimore. Ocean City is also very nice!!
I lived in Maryland for a number of years and Ocean City was always a great treat for me. I lived in Annapolis and went down the (in MD speak: downee, lol) ocean maybe about once a year. OC is very family friendly but also great for young people, couples and older people. The beach is great as is the boardwalk. Will you need a hotel there?
We had a condo in OC (down near 140th street) and that's where we went to the beach. Pretty far away from the boardwalk but VERY nice
