hello all,
my bf and i went e-ring shopping with some friends of ours (for them, not us). and i saw this diamond bracelet that i think is soo cute! but then now i'm thinking that it was too much of an impulse buy. and i'm not sure if it is worth it. i dont know much about diamonds. can anyone tell me around how much is an 18 ct white gold, 1.66 diamond bracelet worth? (i know that 1.66 kt is really small for a bracelet but my wrists are teeny tiny)

It's really going to depend on the quality of the diamonds. This includes clarity, color, and cut. Depending on these factors -- the value of your bracelet could vary by THOUSANDS. Also -- how many diamonds are there? A bracelet which has only five diamonds that equal 1.66 carats will be more valuable than one that has thirty diamonds that equal 1.66 carats, assuming the other factors are the same.

Your best bet is to find a jewelry appraiser in your area to give you an independent opinion.
