Hi guys, I purchased a 5 motif bracelet 3 weeks ago and had it sent out for resizing immediately after purchasing. The SA told me it would take around 2 weeks to resize and I still haven’t gotten it yet. I reached out to him and he says he hasn’t received it yet. How long does resizing normally take? Should I ask him for an exact date? Thanks!

In the US, 2-3 weeks seem to be the norm. I got mine back in exactly 3 weeks.
They are a little busy in recent weeks, so I wounding stress. You should have it back soon 
It took mine 11 days from the time it was received by what’s considered my local boutique, to the time they called and said it was back. They overnighted it and I had it the next day. This was around the beginning of Feb. They quoted 3 weeks when it was sent off. My necklaces took 3-4 weeks. They’re pretty good at letting you know right away when it’s back, so I wouldn’t worry unless it was getting past the 1 month mark. Then I’d call.
