Bracelet arrived not secured in a travel pouch after re-sizing

I received my bracelet after re-sizing. It was shipped in a travel pouch and when I opened it I noticed it wasn’t secure and was all bunched up and tangle. It is a guilloche / diamond bracelet which can scratch really easily. Any advice? Should I try to look closer to find scratches and try to get it replaced? I was very disappointed to find it shipped that way. Thanks

If there is nothing wrong with it that you can see with the naked eye, my advice is to take it out of the pouch and wear it.

I would check the links first, making sure they're done up to par as the original condition. Then check for any visible scratches on the guilloche and make sure no loose stones in the pave motifs. If they all look good then I wouldn't worry about it. Sorry that they didn't send it out in a more secured fashion. When I get my resized bracelet my SA sent it out in the standard jewelry box, but it could very well arrived in the same condition as yours from the workshop to the boutique, I'd never know but the bracelet and the stones looked good so I never put much thoughts into it.

My bracelets come back from resizing in pouches, just like yours did.

I would not worry as honestly, you will probably add dings to the bracelet from normal wear and tear.

I would not purposely try to find any scratches as nothing is perfect. You will just torture yourself and ruin the joy of wearing this bracelet.
