I purchased a voucher from ideeli last dec 27th, 2010. The voucher expires Dec 31st, 2011. Tried to use it December 28th, 2011 and the website said that the voucher number was invalid. Contacted Ideeli who said "You have requested for a refund yesterday, December 28, 2011. Unfortunately, our accounting team refused to honor the request. As per their advise, you have the entire year to use the voucher but only decided to use recently. We will contact canvaspress.com for you and arrange a week or two extension for you voucher but a refund will no longer be an option." So much for customer service, huh? WHEN A WEBSITE SELLS YOU CRAP I GUESS IT'S THEIR RIGHT TO SCREW YOU OVER ABOUT IT, RIGHT? And BTW ideeli... It hasn't expired yet!
