Boy Chanel Strap Screw Replacement

Hi all,

I’m new here so forgive me if I’m doing this all wrong. Anyways, I have a Boy Chanel bag that lost the back end of a screw on the bag’s strap. The Chanel logo side is there (yay) but the back probably fell off in a mall. I’m having no luck finding a replacement and I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

I think you can just go into a store and they‘ll send it in for a repair. If you‘re lucky they might be able to replace it in store

Thanks for the quick replies! I’ll call a store today and ask about it. I don’t live near a Chanel store anymore so going to one isn’t much of an option. I’ll see what they say though. I hope I don’t have to send the bag away for a small screw that I can just twist into place myself.
