In my country ver bad customer service no body answer I have 3 mobile number sometimes they answer messages but ignoring more no answer... I need to go to boutique I have to wait in queue 1 hour.

That's terrible. It's disappointing to see a luxury company lack good customer service. What country are you from?
Maybe you can call ahead and set up an appointment so you don't have to wait in line or maybe wait until the next time you make a purchase and then request one!
