I think that SA should open a thread and tell stories about some client's behavior.

The problem is that ratings are subjective even with knowing what they're based on. General ratings are not helpful to prospective customers nor very positive for current.

We have threads that talk about most city stores round the world in the Shopping sub-forum and a thread that gives a shout-out to lovely SA, hermes treatment etc etc. Please feel free to contribute to those threads.
