Bought my new Pearl Crush

Hi lovely people,
I purchased my first Chanel bag from Fashionphile. Previously my all Chanel bags are from the boutique so I’m happy but anxious at the same time 😬 I want to buy a mini rectangular pearl crush in a fun color because bored of my neutral colour collection couldn’t get my hands on(no Chanel boutique near me have to go to manhattan)So I finally bite the bullet and bought a yellow bag. It’s new with hardware stickers attached,with box,dust bag and retail tags. Price is total with NewYork tax 5900$ personal shopper was asking for 10% for any Chanel bag.
But when I saw this bag I love the fresh and vibrant color of this beauty. Such a pretty color 🌞 what do you think?

This is my first time buying a preloved bag hope that I can trust Fashionphile authentication system Do you have any experience with FP after Chanel microchip installation?

Guys I bought it but still deciding if I will keep it or return. I am scared to get a super fake also I feel this bags lamb skin is not squishy compare to my other lamb skin bags. I think it would hold its shape better. So do you have similar or any lamb skin bag from 23 C collection and you felt the same difference??
If a bag came with retail tag of Bloomingdale’s with all details can I check with Bloomingdale’s or read the barcode? sorry if I sound dumb 😬

I can't comment on the authenticity but just wanted to let you know the flap is really crooked. Not sure if it has straightened out for you after taking it out of the box, but in the photos it's really noticable.

They told me it’s new and send me extra pictures but now I can see the its little bit crooked. But mostly mini flaps are crooked on FP. I don’t know it’s about Chanel quality or super fakes I’m attaching more pictures.

Yeah but are you ok with how crooked it is, since it's not cheap by any means? Is this the color you are set on? Do you live near a boutique? Chanel releases fun seasonal colors all the time in similar styles, you'll be able to find something better I'm sure. And you won't have to worry about super fakes that way. If you want to keep it, you can contact zeko for authentication.

Thank you so much for your help and pointing out the flaw of this bag. I think you are absolutely right that I should find it in store.
After spending 6k I’m not finding any peace i found my fav color and supposedly to be happy but nope I’m searching day& night for assurance 😬I don’t find it a luxurious experience.
I want a mini bag in vibrant colours so need to find a good SA at Chanel is my only way although the boutique is 45 minutes away from my place but I can manage.
I think that resale market might not be for faint heart like me or maybe I’m not use to it I was thinking that pearl crush is easier to counterfeit but after watching videos and seeing pictures on different blogs/subreddit it blows my mind. I don’t feel comfortable buying second hand

I've seen crooked flaps on pearl crushes more often. Partly I wonder if its the ball that is heavier and makes it crooked. Personally, the crooked flap would annoy me; so I would return.

Yes I also think it’s because the ball’s weight. Now I’m seeing more and more flaps that are crooked. Or maybe Chanel seasonal bags quality is not that good but I like the Lambskin of this bag it’s quite structured not saggy.
I didn’t notice first but now I can’t unsee it. Thanks to @Tina1010 so most likely returning it

I think it's gorgeous and you can believe in authenticity when it comes to Fashionphile.

6K is a lot if you only focus on the crooked flap. For me, once I start using the bag and put things into it, the crookedness goes away. Happened to one of my older flaps.

Chanel quality is not perfect these days, so if you stress over this, why not return it and get one from your boutique?
