Bottega Veneta Turn Bag

This bag has totally caught my eye but I haven't seen many reviews or comparisons between small vs medium size of the bag.

What are your thoughts?

Does anyone own it and have any pros/cons to the bag?

Hers looks like the small for sure!
I've been eyeing the larger size, I think it would look so good filled up and slouchy. Hoping they come out with it in their caramel color.

I had hoped to see this bag last weekend at my local BV boutique, but the SA told me that they were sold out.

I finally got to play with a Turn today at the BV in my local Neiman’s. Here are the photos in order, and my commentary for them.
1-2. Size and slouch comparison with my medium Cervo Loop.

3. On my shoulder (I’m petite, 5’3).

4. On my arm (notice I brought the strap adjuster bead down a bit).

5. Filled interior shot. You can fill the middle 3/4 of the bag, but if you try to put your stuff all the way into the corners, it messes with the silhouette when it hangs on your shoulder.

6. Empty interior shot. Not gonna lie, I’m bummed that the inside isn’t nicely finished. The large seam running down the middle is so not attractive. *sigh*

My conclusions: Beautiful exterior silhouette; love the casual/dressy versatility; comfortable as a shoulder bag. I’d recommend buying an insert/organizer that covers the seam and keeps your stuff corralled in the middle. I dunno if I’d pay full price given how the interior looks, but if I saw it in the perfect color in a BV outlet or resale site, I’d be tempted…

Thank you for the review!! It looks amazing when it's filled and has some volume, but doesn't look great when it's flat and slouched over.
Is this the larger of the two sizes?

Just a few photos of the Turn for size comparisons, taken at my BV boutique recently. They’re next to my Cervo Medium Loop and the smaller next to a Mini Jodie.
I still wish the Turn was lined… *sigh*

Thank you! I think the medium in black and the small in white look really chic but just unsure if the shape is too “trendy”

I actually did try on the sizes in store and the small is really cute but it’s really impractical to use if you want to carry it in the fortune cookie shape! You’ll really have to limit the number of items you put in the bag.

Hopefully someone else with the bag would be able to give a low down

I didn’t know about this bag. It’s so beautiful and chic! For me it would be an occasion bag only, but I don’t have any occasions to wear it
I think it wouldn’t be practical for most people, but it looks amazing

ThanksToFashion recently posted a thorough review of the turn bag on youtube!

I also had the chance to see it in person and to be honest it felt a bit flimsy? Probably because it's not lined on the inside. Ultimately, I know that that handle will wear horribly over time as the ball slides up and down the handle. It maybe wouldn't be the case if you always wore it as a shoulder bag but if you plan on cinching and uncinching that bag multiple times a day I can imagine that that leather color will wear down really quickly.

Wondering if anyone has this bag and what has your experience been with it after wearing many times? how is the handle holding up? Has the lack of lining been a problem?
I'm really drawn to this bag but have not pulled the trigger.
