Since we no longer have a botkier subforum I'm posting this here.
I recently got a new-to-me old model Botkier Trigger. Looking at old threads the PF members talked about smooth leather and pebbled leather in the early bags. The smooth leather was lamb I think. But I'm thinking maybe what they referred to as pebbled was just calf leather. My bag is nice and soft. It's somewhat grainy but I would not call it pebbled. I'm posting a picture of it here - the black bag. And a photo of a Tods bag I used to have (the orange bag) which is what I would call pebbled leather. Anyone have any insight into the old Botkier Trigger pebbled leather?
