Botched on E!

She is a transsexual. Had a boyfriend who wanted the ginormous boobs, her nose was botched, and the Drs were able to give her a more defined vagina. That part was really weird I know, but she and the girlfriend are porn stars, so she has seen it while filming.

Ah, that makes sense when she says she doesn't have a labia. I watched her clip on e.

The Dr put the implant in upside down.

I have no idea how these people chose their Drs. I imagine the cost had something to do with it. The girl last night who had had several nose jobs and said it took 3 yrs to get funds to see Paul. With any kind of surgeon you have to do your research. My BFF has seen about a dozen plastic surgeons and still not had her breast replaced. She wasn't satisfied with the pics any of them have shown her. Her biggest issue is the nipple. Says it looks like they twisted the skin like a plastic bag, no resemblance to the aureole at all. So she stays with her prosthetis. She also was not thrilled with having it redone every 10 yrs.

I know AA skin is prone to keloids, so it only makes sense to me you would have an AA Dr who knows what he is doing. I would ( and have ) research to death any Dr doing any surgery on me.

Amen!! I researched the hell out of my foot doctor 10+yrs ago. I consulted with 7-8 doctors before I made my decision. One of them told me I would heel in 2 weeks. Of course I loved that answer, but I knew something was up with the doctor, when all the others said 8 weeks to heel. My gut told me to stay away from that doctor. Turns out my gut was right. 2 years later that same doctor was sued and it was all over the news here in NYC. Also, turns out he did the foot of a co-worker I use to work with and her feet were A MESS!! Many people would have probably picked him, because they liked his 2 weeks recovery answer and that his offices were on the Upper West Side in the Dakota Building. I am so thankful I was smart enough at 26yr old, to go with my gut and not pick him.

My friend once wanted to go to LA to see a doc she saw on Dr. 90210 for a Brizillian Butt lift. I told her, she was out of her mind to pick that doc. He was board certified, but not in plastic surgery. He was board certified in OB/GYN. Why in the world would you go to an OB/GYN for plastic surgery. I told her she was beyond crazy and needed to do her research. It is not hard to research a doc and laziness will only cost you harm.

If it means getting a 2nd job to go to the best; I would. If it means scrimping and saving every penny to go to the best; I would. A botched surgery and your health, is not worth cost cutting.

I also would never go to a doc who's staff looks jacked up.

My BFF had implants put in last year after a double mastectomy, and IMO did not research enough doctors. It may be certain tops, but her implants look off and they look like two different sizes. She has been through so much with breast cancer and other really bad luck the past two years, I don't have the heart to tell her something looks off. She is also body shy, and I know won't let me see them when she is topless (so I can really tell if they are "off").

You know how I found my foot surgeon ( and Ortho practice ) ? Another surgeon! I had carpal tunnel surgery, and knew I needed foot surgery. I thought a lot of my Dr so I asked her who she would go to and she turned me on to my Dr. I love him, all he works on is foot and ankle. I went to him when I needed my knee replaced ( for cortisone & Synvisc shots ) When it came time for the replacement he sent me to his coworker. He said I can do it, but you want someone who does at least 300 a year. I saw his associate and he is wonderful as well. A great surgeon knows his limitations. My BFF went there after falls with a couple of other Ortho Drs and loves them too. I also sent her to my ENT Drs. She kept going to this Dr who was head of ENT at her hospital. but wasn't helping her at all. I told her just because he's the head of the dept doesn't mean he's a great Dr, just a paper pusher. My ENT's nailed her problems on the first visit. My Mom always told me you only have one body, make sure you see the best Drs to take care of it!

Did your BFF go with implants? My BFF really wanted the Tram flap. She didn't want to be bothered with replacement of implants. With the Tram flap they take some skin from your back and put a saline balloon where your breast was, They gradually add saline til your breast is normal size. I think they then use fat from other parts of your body to fill where the balloon was. Anyway, she went to so many Drs and all had what she termed the ( patchwork boob effect ) The skin on your back is different from your breast, so no operation is perfect. Then she went to a Dr ( Mine ) who said she wasn't a candidate for the Tram flap, so that settled things. She was the first Dr out of almost a dozen who told her that. No idea what would have happened if she settled on one of the other Drs. You have to be really careful.

No she got implants. She did this balloon thing first for a few months (expands the skin), then got the implants. I've seen them in a bathing suit top, but I don't recall how they looked in the bathing suit (need to go look at recent vacation pics). I do notice in certain tops they look lopsided. I just think only going to consult with two docs wasn't enough. I personally have no problem with nakedness, so If they were mine, I would ask her what she thought of them. She is the complete opposite when it comes to that, and I respect that. I do wonder if deep down she wants my opinion but like I said, she doesn't do the nakedness in front of others.

Does she know about the other problem with implants? Scar tissue forming around the implant? My BFF had a massage therapist who also had breast cancer and wound up having her first set removed because of this. I tell you, I would rather be flat as a pancake then go through some of this stuff.

I hope they do an episode on botched stomach lipo. I am really curious to know, why some women you can tell immediately they had stomach lipo (Mariah Carey, La La Anthony, Christina Millian, Tara Reid)

I don't know. I try not to bring it up, as I don't want to upset her. She has been through so much in the past 3 yrs besides the breast cancer. I do recall she rushed the implant surgery, because she wanted to have the balloon stretchers out and the implants put in, before the summer came. Guess she just wanted to feel as normal as possible.

In the previews it looks like they do one next week. Doll, I'm so glad to chat, I've missed you. Is work still hectic? We are trying to get the Bish thread back up and running. You have to stop in again.

Darling you can always PM me. Yep, work is still hectic. Just got back from a short run at the gym and back in my office to work on things.

I totally get that. That was the plan with my BFF, but something changed before surgery. Honestly, she just hit her 13 years cancer free in May and that's the most important thing. I always buy her favorite cake and we have a party. More important than her birthday at this stage of he game.

I watched the beginning of an episode last night. A woman wanted her breast implants redone, her nose redone and she wanted her vagina to look like her friend's. Her friend lifted her skirt to show the doctors what her vagina looked like.
This can't be real.
First of all, what GFs compare vaginas?

She was a post op transsexual porn actress and porn chicks do stuff like that.
