Borough Hang Tags

I've noticed in photos of celebs and TPF mod shots that ladies carrying the Borough bags frequently don't have hang tags on the outside of their bags. Do you keep yours inside the bag, just take it completely off so it doesn't get in the way, or put yours on the outside? Why?

I know on the soft borough there is a little ring in the inside that the hang tags are placed on.

I just left mine where it was on the inside loop.

I took mine off the inside ring and attached it to the outside of my bag.

I have worn mine both outside and inside.
