Boots problem

Hi. I would love to get some boots for this winter, but i've had a real problem finding ones that will fit me. I'm 5'4 , small/petite... i'm flat as a pancake, i wear a 6 or 6 1/2 in shoes and my legs are pretty much like chickn feet- with skiny calves. I was at Nine west yesterday and they've got cute ones but i tried them on and i swear theres enough room in the calf part to put a whole soda can in there or something.

Does anyone have this prob? Do you know any shoe companies that make boot with especially small like.. fitting around the calves or if its possible for me to get normal boots and have them adjusted and how much it'll cost or what not?

Designer shoes are usually cut much smaller. The investment is more, obviously, but the shoes are better quality and last longer. You could also try "designer" instead of "premium designer" like Via Spiga.

OR you could try booties ... that would eliminate the problem all together.

i have skinny calves too and my via spiga boots fit me great around the calf! i also sometimes go the other way and will buy slouchy or pull on riding boots to get around the whole calf ordeal. i just got a pair of the kors olivia boot: http://www.zappos.com/n/p/dp/30412459/c/106.html

Try some Stuart Weitzman boots, esp suede boots. Good luck!
