Hi, I am going to be selling this bag for my daughter. It is very unusual as it has a sole of a shoe/boot on the base. Should I describe this as a boot bag? Also, I need to know if anyone can tell me how to tell if this is leather or not. There are no labels inside.

The inside sewn on tag is leather and has written on it Fenwick Made in Italy. The front tag say's L'impronta (the imprint), Made in Italy. I keep going to sell it, but I don't know where to start with a description, so I put it away again. Any help would be gratefully received.
