Books on Diamonds/Gems/Jewellery

Hi everyone.

I am looking for a beautifully illustrated reference book that will broaden my knowledge and provide information on precious/semiprecious gems, diamonds etc.

I've been to the several (non specialist) boook shops today but no luck there.

There are several books on Amazon - but I really want something both educational and nicely illustrated. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance

I actually just got this book not too long ago. I think his jewelry is beautifully crafted and has a nice history. There are other books too like Cartier etc.
