  1. Hi everyone!

First of all, I hope everyone had an amazing Thanksgiving! May you always have something to be thankful for

I have a question. Right now, I'm looking into a body fitness book to tone up and get that lean muscle and toned abs. I've heard of the Body Sculpting Bible for Women, but I'm not sure on how effective it is.

Do any of you have any recommendations? I would sooo deeply appreciate it!

I do most of my weights at home (I get intimidated at the gym with all those body builders haha :Push: ) so I would really love a book that wouldn't have me permanently stationed at the gym.

    Thanks so much!!!
  2. I really like Body for Life. It has full pictures on how to do each weight excerise along with receipes and lots of information regarding working out and dieting. I am sure that many of the workouts you can do from home, as long as you have a set of free weights and a workout bench.
