I hope I am posting this in the right spot...

Anyone else having problems with Bonanzle? I can't log in, I get error code 167. and others say they can't even see my booth. I just sold something yesterday and I listed a bunch of stuff today.

Help?!

Here the other email I received:

Our system recently notified us that a computer used to access your account has been associated with other accounts that have been suspended on Bonanzle due to violation of our terms of service (http://www.bonanzle.com/site_help/user_agreement).

We apologize that we are unable to provide further details about the other account(s) involved with this action. In our efforts to keep Bonanzle the safest possible marketplace for our buyers and sellers to use, it is our mandate to be proactive in suspending accounts that have been associated in any way with site misconduct. We understand that it may not have been your specific actions that caused this suspension to occur (for example, if other family members logged into your account), but we choose to err on the side of caution in matters of user safety.

If you have any transactions that were in the midst of being processed, please let us know at your earliest convenience and we will be happy to assist you in getting those transactions completed and processed. It is our policy not to notify other users of our suspensions when possible. We strive to keep this matter as private as possible to preserve your reputation on Bonanzle.

If you have any further questions, please see our terms of service, which provide complete details about our user policies, including our right to suspend an account at any time.

If you are interested in moving to another marketplace, we recommend ioffer.com or ecrater.com, both of which have strong monthly traffic and a good base of buyers and sellers. eBid.net is a good site for those who wish to deal in the auction format.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Kind regards,

My laptop died last night so I logged on to my acct from my husbands phone to get an address for something I just sold. That is the only thing I can think of. But I hope they wouldn't delete my acct over something that stupid!!

Latest email:

Sorry about the blank emails.

Basically, your user ID is associated with other IDs that were suspended and we have no way of separating them from each other with certainty.

"a computer used to access your account has been associated with other accounts that have been suspended on Bonanzle due to violation of our terms of service (http://www.bonanzle.com/site_help/user_agreement). "

Before we suspend an account, we do everything we can to look into all matters. Therefore,

"In our efforts to keep Bonanzle the safest possible marketplace for our buyers and sellers to use, it is our mandate to be proactive in suspending accounts that have been associated in any way with site misconduct. We understand that it may not have been your specific actions that caused this suspension to occur (for example, if other family members logged into your account), but we choose to err on the side of caution in matters of user safety."

I'm sorry, but we are not able to provide any other information and the account will remain suspended. If you have transactions that have been paid for, then we may be able to assist in those matters. Please provide some idea of what the transaction is and who else is involved.

do you have wifi and is that wifi open or locked?

basically its coming from the same IP address and that can happen if you share the internet via dsl/wifi

and also, i don't think that your husband's phone has its own individual IP address but maybe someone with actual knowledge can chime in. if it shares a network and ip with several other numbers.......maybe that is where its coming from.

Internet is secured. You need a code to access it. I have been getting blank emails from Bonanzle now...I am like really frustrated now...
