Bonanzle - counter-offer option gone?!

I've received a low-ish offer that I want to counter.
But the Counter-Offer option is gone! There's only Accept or Cancel this bid.

I've mailed Bonz, but not heard back yet.

Any suggestions?

thats weird ...i just had a sale this morning and I had the counter option...maybe its just for this sale ??? can the buyer do that??meaning can they say no counter-offers...either accept or deny??? i dont know....very strange...

Same thing happened to me this morning, no counter offer option. Wonder what is going on...

Been chatting to Tom and playing with some test offers, all of which allowed me to counter.

He's now referring to tech to see why this particular one didn't have the option.

First thought was it was "international to international" ie neither me nor buyer are in the US. But I've had dealings with others outside of the US and never had the problem before.

I messaged the buyer with my counter offer.
Then she has to make another offer to accept or whatever and we'll take it from there... I hope.
Can't see it going through tbh. Too much hassle.

Techy guy wanted me to just invoice her with the countered amount, but I thought that was a bit OTT really.
