Hi. I woke up and went to Bonanza, and got a page that said "Potential DNS Rebind attack detected, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DNS_rebinding
Try accessing the router by IP address instead of by hostname."

Has this ever happened before? I wanted to list some bags, finally made that decision, and now it's hacked? I understand it will prob be resolved soon, but what about all the personal data Bonz has stored?

I was wondering if anyone has any idea about this, and I'm glad it wasn't Ebay. But the day I decide to shake some bags out of my closet...this. Was it a sign to keep on hording? lol

I got several different messages, depending on when I tried to get in. Another message said they were updating the site and changing servers.

Our servers will be on the move beginning at 10pm PST.
Expect everything to return to normal by 4am PST.

Their journey will be short and probably won't include a safari, but they as excited as inanimate objects could be about their vacation.

I had to go on facebook to find out what was happening with bonz

I really think they would have sent an email or messaged seller
While the popup/error message was unusual, very few sites send mass emails to their members.

Even on TPF, when they do upgrades and make changes, we don't know until we try to click a topic and get the message that they're working on the site.

I do agree that the "hack" message was scary but since late last night, it was one of several messages I saw during the course of several hours of trying to get in.

They're down again, this time with this message:
