Bluefly exchanges?

I bought two Furla Ursula medium shoppers from Bluefly - one white and one black. GREAT bags.. but... the zipper came apart on the black bag after two days. Has anyone has experience contacting Bluefly? Should I just have my zipper fixed locally, or contact Bluefly? Thanks!!

Two days?! I'm shocked. If you like the bag but the one you got is defective, and Bluefly still has it in stock, I would exchange it. If you don't want to go through the hassle and wait, you could get it fixed but that's an added expense on your part that I don't think you should be responsible for.
