Bloomingdales won't refund my return

Bloomingdales has the worst cs. I used their UPS return label and shipped back a $450 blazer 3 weeks ago. I checked to see why I still had not been refunded and they are telling me that their warehouse in CT is closed and they cannot refund me, since UPS cannot deliver the item. This is unacceptable. I will now have to open a dispute with my credit card company. I would avoid shipping any returns to Bloomingdales.
 
I hope you have copies of emails etc. about their refusal to refund. If they have the tracking, it should show it's ready to be delivered to their warehouse. smdh

Please update because I imagine lots of stores are having the same issues.

Thank you for your response. I do have the UPS email that shows the dates they tried to deliver to the warehouse in CT. I took a screenshot and saved it, so I can use it in case I have to open a credit card dispute. I spoke to their CS on the phone. I also sent an email to their CS, but the reply email says it could take awhile for them to get back to me. I will update this thread with the outcome.
 
Blomingdales has the worst CS it hard to believe.I ordered online La mer face cream product and I didn’t get because my package was stolen.Delivery postman leave my package in the lobby in the mailroom package was not delivered under my door.Ow course I call to CS same day and they tell me that send to me email .After 2 days I received email fro customer service without any explanation.

That was the answer CS Blomingdales stores about my stolen package.After careful consideration and checking my order history .This CS service who helped in customer’s in Blomingdales stores.I am customer about more then 3 years and ow course I am not order every months.That is happen to me first time never happen before.It doesn’t matter if you new customer the point is that I lost my package and I want refund.Every store have policy insurance.I have to open a credit card dispute.I am very disappointed for that service it harf for me to believe is that store and that reputation have do with your customers.This is unacceptable.

Yes I call for this number before I wrote this complain and always is busy number they don’t want talk to me and I call for regular number. I was calling many times just I want let you know Hello
