Blocking Ebay Bidders

Hi -I apologize if there is a thread on this already.
But can someone tell me how to block certain ebay bidders from bidding on your items??

Click on Site Map at the top right corner of the my ebay page, then under sell, click on block bidder/buyer list. You'll be able to put in their user ID.
