Block/Ignore feature

It's not on the main page so that people don't have to read the titles :idea:
If you don't go in there you cannot see the titles - except a small portion of the 1st thread when you're in Up to the Minute.

Thank you!! As a mother of a young child, I was horrified to see those titles one after another...it was like a bad nightmare. So I will just avoid that whole area. Thank you swanky mama!
