Bleu Persan - good colour?

Hi, could anyone with a Bleu Persan Bal tell me how they find it please? From pics., it looks similar to Bleu Cobalt which was a lovely colour, a kind of denim blue, not too light and not too dark. Is it easy to wear? Any colour change issues?
