Since you mentioned the price was high (ITA) I saw a bag that looked just like hers only slightly smaller at TJMaxx. They had it in orange, purple, brown and black where I live. It was around $150-200 (originally $560) and by Tosca Blu. I can't seem to find an image online and am unfamiliar with that brand.

So you might want to check your local TJMaxx if you are interested in a bag in that style!
