I don't know if it's from H&M, but I have a very similar one but in black from Banana Republic. It's pinched in the back so it poofs out a little and it has the military style collar. When I wear it, it looks exactly like Leighton Meester's. Here is a photo:

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's H&M. My friend has that same coat.
