Blair Waldorf's "night gown"

Ok, in episode 6 of the new season, Blair wakes up in this gorgeous blue ruffled (what appears to be a) dress. I'm assuming that this wasn't intended to be a night gown, but regardless, I must know what it is and have it!!! Can anyone help?

Unfortunately, she is only shown wearing it in bed. It's definitely not a shirt, because she sits up in bed and it goes further down, but I don't know how long it is.

EDIT: Well... I don't *think* that it's a shirt. It could be a long one, I suppose?
