Blackhead and Gunk in your nose - sorry if it's gross ladies!

Luckily the rest of my pores are in line, but the pores on my nose are a different story! I am constantly squeezing gunk and blackheads outta there, but the pressure sometimes leaves bruises on my nose! I've tried just about every black head strip out there, but they just pick up a few black head lines, they don't suction out the gunk that's in there. Has anyone got a good regime for thier nose yet. Unfortunately I've got a big nose, so it really makes a difference as to how big my pores look!

You can also try the black head eraser by clean and clear. I think theres a $5 or $7 off coupon floating around somewhere. Theres a thread about it and a lot of girls liked it.

Also a lot of people recommending products with AHA or BHA in it. You can get that from Paula's Choice.

I have one of those, but my nose is like gunk and black head city, and I just never seem to get very much outta that. I've heard about pore vaccums, I've seen them at the drug store and I'm seriously considering getting one.

I had this problem, and it's taken a while to clear up - but what I've do is I wash my face twice a day with a regular cleanser (to remove makeup and dirt). Then, I take an acne cleanser, and I put it on a cotton ball, and wipe/swirl it across my face. I usually have music on while I wash my face, so I do this for one song (usually about 4 minutes). Then, I let it sit for a few minutes so the face wash pentrates, and wash it off a few moments later. This takes some time, but my nose used to look like a strawberry (with all the dirt in my pores), and there's hardly anything left. It's not completely gone, but pretty close. And my skin is super soft as well.

Wash your face, and then...

Fill your sink up with the hottest water and then drape a towel over your head, neck and the sink... so you can give yourself a facial....

Then use Queen Helene Mint Julep mask... use Witch Hazel as a toner afterwards, and maybe spot treat with benzoyl peroxide. Repeat as needed

I use pro-active, along with a clairisonic facial brush, and the mint julep mask weekly. My pores are still visible but they stay pretty clean. I also use either Dr. Brandt Pores No More or Clinique's Pore Perfector (I think that's what it's called) before I put my makeup on.

i used to have a lot and i mean a LOT of blackheads on my nose but my derm told me NEVER to squeeze it, i tried the diamond peel every 2weeks for three months and then once a month after that and it really works! no more blackheads for me and no more visible pores!

Yeah the proactive mask I've been trying, but I have to do it in small spurts, my face smells like sulfur for the next 6 hrs!
