Looking to get a Medium Paraty in black. Considering some complain about resent leather quality issues should I buy a new one or look for a pre-loved one instead?

Hi, I don't think recent Paraty bags have any issues except for complaints about one particular color - Cashmere grey. and some people find new Paraty's shoulder strap too long, so they prefer older version (it's not adjustable).

You are welcome. I think shorter strap in older version was perfect for 5-5.2" height.
