I'm looking to get either the black or the ruthenium bone cuff, but I'm not sure which one. Thoughts?

Also, how do you decide which side to get? I was going to go for left because I tend to wear my bracelets on my left wrist, but then I thought maybe I should go for the right incase I want to wear some other small bracelet on my left and the bone cuff on my right (though I'm not sure I would actually do that, as I kind of see the bone cuff as a stand-alone statement piece).

The wrist you don’t wear your watch on, like 880 said, especially if you have a permanent set of bracelets you tend to wear on your other wrist. In my case bone cuff for the right wrist and other bracelets for the left and I’m content with this choice.
As to the colour, I like the 2nd one. Black is great and I love it but ruthenium stands out more.

Ruthenium of the two choices, but how about silver? The bone cuff rocks in silver which is the version I have. I have the right hand version.

You will love it... the bone cuff is my favorite Peretti piece... it's bold and eye catching! (please do try the silver... it's super bold, in your face, Wonder Woman... which is the whole point of this cuff). Goes great with the long bottle necklace in case you are thinking of your next Peretti piece.
