I went to the Cole Haan outlet last year and got an amazing deal on a pair of over the knee flat boots - I believe they have an additional sale that runs until 8 or something (I got there earrrly)

Express is having 40% off everything in the store and so is Ann Taylor, this is in-store and online too.

I found some sites that list all of the sales, just by googling "Black Friday Sales" I got something called http://www.blackfriday.us/. I also got invited to Snapette on Facebook by one of my friends, and they have sales by city for designer brands.
