Black Epi Speedy 25 question

I just got a used black epi speedy 25 and noticed the tab that says "Louis Vuitton" doesn't say "Paris Made in France" but instead "Made in France" is on the inside pocket. Is that correct? Were some bags made that way? Thank you!!!
