Hi Ladies!
I'm looking for a black dress with cut outs for some fun partying nights in San Francisco in 2 weeks. I really want to look for something "classy" looking with cut outs around the shoulders or upper chest area and not something that's totally open back or has cut outs around the belly. Not cut outs in the back as it won't be seen in pictures! Hehe.
Nothing that looks like fist pumping club wear! Hehe
Anyone seen anything along these lines that won't break the bank? Something in the asos.com price range would be great!
