Black bag with NO hardware

I just bought a sensational casual long sleeve black shirt (for jeans) with a low neckline and faux diamond stones decorating (the neckline). All my black bags have some hardware and I don't like the look on my shoulder - can I wear a Chanel with black & gold chain with this outfit? It's an important party and I need it to be right. Thx.

I would just wear tiny diamond studs and my normal chain bracelets(silver & gold mixed). Anyway, I so appreciate your input!
