I am turning 45 and want to treat myself to something special. I cannot decide between a mini Chanel classic flap, or a VC&A Alhambra bracelet. I do not have any Chanel bags nor do I have any jewelry from VC.

Which of the two gives you a definite buzz? There's no "should" here. It's entirely what excites you and promises to stay memorable. There's no objective better choice.

My first love is handbags, but I'd choose the bracelet for a special treat for myself. I would enjoy wearing it on my wrist and being able to look at it and remember when, where, and why I bought it. Similarly for the handbag but you may not want or need to wear the handbag all the time and everywhere. The bracelet however, I believe you can. Just my 2 cents. Good luck in your decision! Both are great treats!

If you are going to get both eventually, perhaps the bag bc of price increases
