I would like to clarify something.. someone here said the the store in TO ships internationally... but only under the circumstances IF you pay in person. they do not accept telephone/tax orders, they will have to process the orders in person. Also, I wanted to add that TO doesn't always get all that much bags. This is considered pretty rare.
