Birkin Dublin, London, Paris

So I know the drill for Paris - line up at FSH early, been following the Paris Hermes thread, but what about Dublin or London? What are my chances at either of these cities, if any, to get a Birkin? Any strategies I should pursue, like calling early to inquire about stock or when I walk into the boutique purchasing other things first and then asking for a B?
