Is there a big difference in weight? I have the 40 and looking to sell and go to 35. It’s so heavy. Is the 35 going to make a difference? I don’t pack that much either.

Hey, I just asked me the same question just the other way round. I have a 35 togo and - as I am tall - might better go for a 40. At Hermès I was able to compare both in terms of size and weight. It depends on the leather of course, togo is heavier (right?) but the difference is there. Just by doing the math it should be 30 % more. My best guess is that's about right. Maybe I should buy yours?

35 is still heavy, especially if it's togo or clemence. I suggest you try a 30 instead and see if it's not too small for you.

From 40 to 30 it's a big change I would imagine. The 35 is still fine for all larger items like a folder or a laptop. With 30 I doubt such but of course if there's no need for it may be fine.

Sounds good. Lol.

The 40cm has a wooden base, so it is significantly heavier than the 35. I tried the 30s (Epsom, Clemence) of friends and if the weight is an issue for you I'd also recommend 30cm as long as your stuff fits in.

oddly i find 35cms weird i have a 40s and 30s when i want light and easier 30cm are perfect 40s are perfect as easy travel shop work bags so .............. i would suggest if you sell a 40 for weight and size go 40cm.
