This is good to know. I've only been to the boutique in Birmingham since DH works there but we actually live closer to the Manchester store, so I'll have to check it out!

Another vote from me for the Manchester store - they are great!!

And, I'll be taking my "new to me" Neverfull tomorrow to be heat stamped.

For anyone thats interested, I phoned them this week and the girl I spoke to said they have a stock of luggage tags in store. I'm going to pick one of those up too
