'Big 3-free' nailpolish?

So i just bought Zoya's Utopia collection off of ebay. The colors are so gorgeous, so i'm thrilled to try them out.
However, i only own a Sally Hansen base/top coat combo. I checked the ingredients and it contains the 'big 3': toluene, dibutyl phthalate and formaldehyde.
I read somewhere that big-3-free nail polishes don't work well with base/top coats that have those chemicals in them.. Is this true? If so, can anyone recommend a good big-3-free base/top coat? Zoya's set was just a bit too expensive for me to invest in..

I'm 99.9% sure that Nicole by OPI does not use those ingredients. It's good polish too

If you have a Whole Foods near you, check out their body care aisle... They have a few different lines of eco-friendly, 3-free nail products...
