Bidpay and Paypal Fees Question

Are bidpay fees comparable to paypal fees for the seller? Bidpay used to charge the buyer but now charges the seller and I have not used it since they made this change some time back.

ETA - found my answer and it's moot as they don't accept accounts from non-US sellers.

I didn't know they didn't accept non-US sellers.

I know they changed their policy to charge the seller as opposed to the buyer. I think their fees are a fraction lower than paypal.

Yep, they allow international buyers, but not sellers.
