Hi everyone! I ordered the bicolor pochette Métis on the 6th at my local store. When I ordered the bag my client advisor said that it’ll arrive in 3 to 5 weeks but she said that it wouldn’t take that long. I just called the store to inquire about my order and the person who answered the phone said that it’ll take another 5 weeks. Now I’m really upset! What if I change my mind and want to return the item, it’ll be past the return date! What would you guys do?

That’s what I was thinking. I think you are right!

Check the LV website for the returns conditions for your country. It varies by country. In the EU, you have 2 weeks from the date you receive a product (not just LV-everything) to return it. But LV extend a even longer return period. They did when I last checked & returned something but it was 2 years ago.

In the US it says within 30 days of the original purchase date. When I ordered thru my SA, I didn't get the payment link until she had the item in store. I have read on some threads that some people prepay for items. I haven't done that. Did you have to prepay? If so, I would check with your SA.

Yes, I had to prepay for the item. I just talked to my SA and she reassured me just in case I change my mind and want to return the item there wouldn’t be any issues.

That is great news! And that's the way it should be. You need to be able to see it and try it on. Good luck! It's really a gorgeous bag!

I am in the US and I am pretty sure the date you receive the item is the actual purchase date, not the date that you preorder the item. I know I have to actually sign for an item when I pick it up at the store.
I am in the US as well and that was my understanding. It should be that way, just in case someone changes their mind about the item.
