I have been trying to make an appointment, and they never seem to pick up or call me back. Wondering if I can do a walk-in without an appointment? Thanks.

Hi I was there the last week of July and they were not accepting walk-ins at all (even just to do a return). I think your best bet is to make an appointment using the online form: https://www.cartier.com/en-us/services/my-cartier/bookanappointment.mobile.html
